Client stories

Evidence from specific stations, not generic ratings

Candidates describe what changed in group discussions, interviews, and case presentations — including where we fell short on logistics.

“The mock group task exposed how I jumped to solutions before checking whether others had the same brief. Feedback was specific enough that I changed how I opened the real discussion — quieter start, clearer agenda. I still felt nervous on the day, but I recognised the rhythm.”

“My first session was slightly overbooked on their side, so we started fifteen minutes late — annoying, but they extended the slot. The STAR inventory finally stopped me recycling the same internship anecdote for every dimension.”

“I kept burying the recommendation. After one drill I led with the decision, then the two risks. The panel questions in the mock were tougher than my actual centre, which helped.”

Aisha R. · Master’s graduate, consulting track · Prepared with: Case Study & Presentation Drill

“As someone older than the rest of the cohort I worried about dominating. The warm-up gave me concrete cues for inviting quieter voices without sounding like a facilitator.”

Extended story

From vague invitation to a focused preparation plan

My invitation listed ‘Fallstudie, Präsentation, Interview’ with almost no detail. AutoDeploy Pro asked for the employer name and typical process notes, then weighted our day toward the case and a short stand-up presentation rather than a long group debate. The written feedback flagged that my slides were tidy but my verbal close lacked a clear ask. On the real day I used their closing line almost verbatim. I was not offered the first preference location, yet I did receive an offer for a later trainee intake — preparation was one piece, not the whole story.
