Privacy policy

This policy explains how AutoDeploy Pro (“we”) processes personal data when you use autodeploypro.digital or enquire about assessment centre preparation for graduate schemes and trainee programmes in Germany.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we process your name, email address, preferred programme, preferred date, and message content. If you book a session we may also process invitation details you choose to share, session notes, and invoicing data. Server logs may record technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to perform a contract for preparation services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process essential cookie and security logs on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics cookies, if accepted, run with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Invoices and related records are retained as required under German commercial and tax law. Session feedback we send you may be retained for up to 36 months to support follow-up coaching if you request it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time via your browser settings and by clearing the stored consent key. You may lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.

International transfers

Our primary processing takes place in Germany / the EU. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
