What influences the final amount
- Whether you book alone or as a pair sharing a mock group
- Need for German-language vs English-language observation notes
- Rush scheduling inside five business days of an invitation
- On-site delivery outside Ensdorf (travel agreed separately)
Payment and deposits
A deposit holds the date after we confirm scope. The balance is due before the session begins. See our refund policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.
